  • What is the difference between working with a coach vs. therapist?

    Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on helping you create meaningful change by exploring your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and habits. Together, we identify patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you and create a clear path forward.


    Using evidence-based frameworks, thoughtful questioning, and practical tools, I help you gain clarity, align your actions with your values, and move confidently toward your goals. An aligned life is made from daily choices.


    Therapy often explores past experiences to understand and resolve emotional or psychological challenges. Therapists are licensed to diagnose and treat mental health issues, emotional disorders, and trauma.


    Both coaching and therapy play important roles in personal growth and overall wellness, each supporting transformation in specialized ways. If you are working with both a coach and a therapist, it’s helpful to keep both practitioners informed

  • Do I have a chance to ask questions before I invest in life coaching?

    Yes. I offer a complimentary 30-minute virtual discovery call so we can connect and see if we are a good fit to work together.


    This is a space for you to ask questions, share what you are currently navigating, and get a sense of how I work. I will also share more about the coaching process so you know what to expect.


    There is no pressure or expectation to decide on the call. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we can talk about next steps from there.

  • What can I expect in a coaching session?

    Each session begins with a conversation about what is currently on your mind or what you would like to focus on. There is nothing you need to prepare in advance.


    From there, I guide the session with curiosity and thoughtful questions to help you explore your thoughts, patterns, and perspectives in a supportive, non-judgmental space. This often brings clarity around what has been feeling stuck or unclear, and what may be possible moving forward.


    We also look at practical next steps so you leave with something tangible to work with between sessions. Over time, this process supports greater self-awareness and helps you make choices that feel more aligned with who you are.

  • What can I expect in a coaching workshop?

    My coaching workshops are group experiences that create space for reflection, insight, and meaningful conversation around where you are in your life right now.


    Each workshop includes guided exercises, discussion, and practical tools to help you explore your thoughts, recognize patterns, and gain new perspectives. Hearing from others in the group often brings additional clarity and helps you see your own experience in a different way.


    You will be invited to participate in whatever way feels right for you, whether that is listening, reflecting, or sharing. The focus is on leaving with something practical and supportive that you can carry into your everyday life.

  • Is coaching covered by insurance?

    Life coaching is not typically covered by traditional health insurance plans. Some wellness spending accounts allow reimbursement for coaching services.


    A receipt will be provided for your records. Coverage varies, so it’s best to check with your benefits provider.
