I've spent over 20 years in the dental industry, working in general offices, orthodontics, and as a facilitator in a Dental Assistants Program at a post-secondary institution. I hold an Adult Educator certificate and know firsthand the pace, pressure, and emotional load of the industry.

A creative, engaging experience that balances individual reflection with team connection. Through exercises like journaling and vision boards, your team gains personal insight while strengthening collaboration, shared purpose, and meaningful connections. Can be in office or another space provided.

A program for the human side of dentistry. This session focuses onwell-being in and out of the office, mindset principles, and emotional regulation strategies.
